I hold the belief that it takes tremendous courage to maintain true optimism, especially in a cynical world like Thedas. Barring any drastic changes to her personality, which is frankly unlikely, this is what I admire the most about Cassandra Pentaghast.

So this new info brings up an interesting question: when the Inquisitor learns the Templar spec, will it be the Seeker way or the Templar way? Bioware talked about making the specs more closely tied to the story, so I don't think they'll hand wave it like they have previously.

probably the seeker style since its easier to maintain storywise.

He has written romances that end happily as well. Zevran and Fenris come to mind.

And every pro mage cried tears of joy.

Hardly.

Every Pro Mage then remembered that Cass in her life time has likely killed dozens of mages.

(Including the twelve she personally did in DOTS)
