I heard that someone made Vivienne divine by not interfering much at all. That tells me if you don't do much, then she is the next Divine. Yet if you actually do quests,romances, and enjoy all the content, you'll get screwed? The more you play, the more you get punished? At the end of the day, this is a game. And it's odd that a game would go over more smoothly if you're NOT that invested in it. Most games work the opposite way.

When they say not interfering much, is it just engaging in dialogue, or not interfering in the controversial topics regarding the chantry? Vivienne is status quo according to the guide, so if you weren't taking the other two stances in regards to the chantry with companion dialogue/choices then it would make sense for her to become the new divine.
