It's very passionate swooning, I assure you.

Oof. You cut me real deep there, Bats. But I bet she won't be making that face when I give here the entire Swords and Shields compendium. ;D
That's just her way of saying I love you. You still need to read her an bad romance before taking her to bed tough.
Damn son, had enough of the Bethesda forums? Still defending those Stormcloak bastards?
I do swear my blood and honor to the service of Ulfric Stormcloak, Jarl of Windhelm and true High King of Skyrim.
As Talos is my witness, may this oath bind me to death and beyond even to my lord as to my fellow brothers and sisters in arms.
All hail the Stormcloaks, the true sons and daughters of Skyrim!
LOL. Nah, you mean everything turns into an argument about Loghain or Anders.
I don't see why. Loghain's the man (even though I kill him EVERY single time. Cousland) and Anders is a ******. What's there to argue about?
LOL. I can't stand Anders, seriously.
Funnily enough, I actually let Anders live in the end. My mage Hawke actually gets why he did what he did, even agrees. Better to go out with a bang, lol, than just let your people slowly die out behind closed doors. I understand just being tired of it all and wanting to bring the whole ****** world to a head already.
But if my Inquisitor ever found him, he'd be ****** dead.
edit: Lol, I kill the guy I like and let the guy I hate live. Smh.

Loving this thread already. I approve.
Nothing sexier than a woman who scowls.
Maybe Bio just hates me, because I defiantly didn't get the option. Of course the point's still the same. Celene is awful.Does Cassandra make specific remarks depending on your background when you romance her? Or bringing up your background is mainly initiated by the PC?
Wrong. You can implicate her after exposing Gaspard. It's the only instance where Celene execute Briala.
Hawke wasn't dumb. Hawke was lazy and selfish. How do you ignore all those catastrophic problems until they're on your doorstep knowing you're the best and sometimes only guy for the job?
Hawke's like a world class MMA fighter watching an old lady get mugged and then shrugging as he walks off. He only does anything when the gun or knife or whatever is pointed at him or his family.
Assisted in an unlawful investigation by a Templar to attempt to bring a murderer to justice.
Hunted down and killed a serial killer of Elves despite it being illegal.
Kept Thrask's secret with no personal gain.
Agreed to find Keran without promise of reward.
Gave Athenril's goods to Pryce and his sisters.
Stood up for Ketojan.
Always took the time to help companions with their problems.
Warned Cullen and Elthina about Anders.
Risked life and limb to save Kirkwall from Qunari.
Stood up for the Circle against Meredith.
Hawke was only lazy and selfish if you played them that way.
I find the ending, if Cassandra becomes Divine, painfuly ironic.
Post-Coital Tristesse:
Cass: "I can't lose you to Corypheus." ![]()
Inquis: "Conversly, that would be the chantry's job." ![]()
Cass: "What?" ![]()
Inquis: *cough* "Nothing, just a momentary dreadful vision...*cough* ![]()

So, it's always the LI who screams if you drink from the Well of Sorrows, right?
(Disgusted Noise.)
You cannot deny Ulfric, the true high king! He will send those imperial dogs were they belong!

I think it's the person you have most approval with. Solas scolded the **** out of me. Why? Did your overzealous Chantry poster-boy get beat up by Cassandra?

Yeah, that's the silliest thing here. All that effort to fight evil, only to be done in by the Chantry.
No, I had her and Dorian on the team and she said something to the effect of asking the Maker to now allow it to end like this (right after drinking from the Well).
But, then I saw a video on youtube, also with Dorian and Cass but he was the one who screamed in desperation there.

I thought you meant the conversation after. I don't know what triggers who in the Arbor Wilds.
Interesting, I might drink from the well this time just for the drama. Before, I saw that turning South from a mile away, lol. Had a good laugh when Flemeth came out, though since Flemeth and Solas both seem not to be villains, it might not be so bad.
And it's not like you aren't already under the influence of an elven god, even if Solas doesn't actually do anything to you. Yet.

How does he influence? I pretty much annoy him in most conversations. I think it's cool that he kept me alive, but I feel no debt other than to return that favor. Doesn't mean I listen to him.
Cass with 2h Weapon DPS is like a machine with shout ![]()
The rules in this thread are simple. Everything in Dragon Age or related to Dragon Age or reminiscent of Dragon Age or tangentially tied to Dragon Age revolves around Cassandra. Therefore discussion of all these things are permissible. And no swooning unless you're a chick.
Does this mean Cassandra is the Kevin Bacon of Thedas?

He doesn't actually influence you, but you're under his influence. The mark, the key. That's Solas' key, as I understood it. Basically as soon as I realized the Orb was his and that my mark was linked to it, I knew. Then there's the stuff Morrigan said with the Eluvian which just confirms it. It was clear Solas had a hand in all of this really from the minute he grabbed my hand in the very beginning of the game. Some random mage who knows a lot about this stuff gets thrown in and that's that?
Naaaaaa.
After the romance is initiated, the only thing I can think of that she said that recognized my background (elf) was if she had fallen prey to the wiles of an elven madman. Otherwise, nada.
Thanks I guess most of the background specific dialogues are outside the romance. I wonder what she ends up saying to a dwarf and a qunari (or a mage?).

I'm sure Bioware doesn't hate you. I did get the option:

Sure if that makes sense to you. We can always go back to the classic Wonder Woman comparison and then end up talking about Batman v Superman. Again.

The whole Well of Sorrows thing is kinda weird regarding approval.
I asked Cass for her opinion on who should drink and she's like "Oh you should totally let Morrigan drink."
So I did and then it says "Cass disapproves"
