Guess Cass isn't as fond of the Nevarran traditions has we had thought.

There are several points where she talks about how much she thinks Nevarra sucks.
She does make interesting remarks if you play as a Reaver tho.

Despite the romance possibly being killed off by her being the Divine, I didn't mind. It was a tragic romance that worked for me. I imagine the day when she has to leave Skyhold, with the Inquiz watcher her go on horseback surrounded by clerics and disciples, dressed in her new Divine uniform, her back to Skyhold, tears in her eyes. Riding off as she accepts her new destiny, with the man she loves not in it. And years later they get together for political reasons, and when no one is looking, she asks if the Inquiz is still single. The answer is yes. She asks if she can rest her head on his shoulder, and inquiz says "I've waited a decade for this".

I just imagine my Inquisitor would go all Big Boss (after the Boss died) 'Bellum est Bellum' "war is beautiful" and such. lol

Not everyone is like that. If your inquisitor wants to throw away love, be our guest. I like TMA LIVE's idea however and saw a similar thing happening with my character. My inquisitor would try to get over it with his work, but you don't just "get over" love. Especially when you didn't break up for losing it, but simply because a job got in the way.
