Matt Rhodes has been posting concept art that relates to more spoilery aspects of the story. Apparently, early on in development the Inquisitor could gain enough power to name themself Divine. Given enough power a male Inquisitor could gain the title, and for twice that amount of power a male Qunari Inquisitor could become Divine in what would be a pretty lore-breaking act of heresy.
