It's kind of interesting how Vivienne and Cassandra both sort of have blind spots regarding the Inquisition.

Cassandra is like, "Templars, Circles, and Chantry."

And I'm like, "And what about the Inquisition?"

Sadly, there's no dialogue for saying. "You know, Magequisitors and Temquisitors could do the job of the first two just fine."

The Inquisition is (was) supposed to be temporary. It's a vehicle for changes and it should get disbanded once said changes are implemented and stability is back.

She's a bisexual redheaded liberal bard who frees all the mages!

WORSHIP HER!

WORSHIP HER!

ALL THE FANBOYS SHALL LOVE HER AND DESPAIR!

Not crazy about bisexuals or liberals really. Love redheads though. Just not this one, lol.

Perfect reason for the Inquisitor to be Cassandra's RIght Hand.

;)

Lol that's the face she makes when my quizzy ducks his head under the sheets, lol. Makes her feel the Maker.

Ha, with you being the Herald, that pretty much makes you God's gift to women, no?

You're looking to say that I'm the man, and most certainly the Maker's gift to women ;) That's why I keep the beard.

Maybe I'm wrong, but the Inquisitor is the only one in the Cassandra romance that says
"I love you." She does not say it back....Interesting...

I think it's a Gaider thing. Fenris and Zevran (and Morrigan?) don't explicitly say it either, though their feelings are apparent. I dunno about Dorian. I think Alistair says I love you, but I don't remember.

She's the type that shows through action rather than words. And I find that to be much more sincere.

New favorite Inquisitor's threat: "Cassandra will eat you alive".

Later in the game she calls the romanced Inquisitor the "man I love" and "my love". At the time the Inquisitor says it in the romance scene, Cassandra is not "in love" with the Inquisitor. That's like their first date actually.

Maybe because its too early to say it?

You don't say I love you after the first time you had sex.

Did I say that? No, I'm saying that throughout the entire game she never says it but the Inquisitor can.

I know? My post served as a possible explanation why she didn't say it.

She says love at the end as well.

That after sex dialogue revolves around the word "belief"/what she believes. It's about the culimination of her belief. It doesn't mean she doesn't love the Inquisitor. It's just DG's way of wrapping up the "Believer's" romance arc. This is just as important to her as love.

Your explanation, is for one part of the romance. I'm talking about the entire game...

Right, she does say it a few times.

Just not in the the direct way.

My mistake.

I'm not talking about just that one part of the romance, people are focused in on it merely because that is the only part of the game in which the Inquisitor says "I love you" and I pointed out that he is the only one in the romance that can actually say it.

Could have sworn she says "directly" before becoming Divine.. though someone will have to confirm it. "I'll always love you."

Yes, she does. After the Arbor Wilds. Pick the "We'll defeat him together." and she says "Not so long ago, this would have seemed impossible. You, the man I love, victory close at hand."
