I just noticed the update added a missing flirt option in Cassandra's dialogue early on... for me anyway. I wonder what else is there, if anything.

Which dialogue...hmm?

Which dialogue...hmm?
Nothing big, just the one "Would getting closer be so bad?" and of course, she says "Yes", and you ****** giggle....
Which to be fair, is probably how I'd react as well, LOL.

It's like the second conversation with her, I didn't feel like hitting on her right away, always picked "suspicious aren't you" line. And apparently picking just one flirt line in Haven is enough for everyone to start commenting that my Inquisitor is "chasing Lady Seeker". Nosy bastards.

That was already in. For me anyway. It's kind of immature, tbh. Plus I think that's the one she hates, anyway.
Most of them are like that already, so. I want to know specifically how much is required to lock in the romance so I can skip some of these.
But yea, that dialogue option was never there for me. Third run, since Windows updates fucked up my computer so bad I had to reset the entire thing a week ago.

If you listen to the people around Haven you start to notice that Cassandra has a small legion of fans. I'm surprised that they don't have a statue of her in Val Royeaux, or that Maryden doesn't have any songs about her exploits.

Didn't know that, will definitely look for it on my next playthrough.

Decided to try taking some screenshots with FRAPS since that annoying delay with Origin sucks.
praise the new GPU

How do you take pics with Origin? Didn't think you could. I use fraps too, though it really screws with my game's smoothness and fps. Don't know why, the new update is hard for me to get used to. My game worked a lot better before with the first update.

With Origin PrtScn should work, pictures are stored in Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age Inquisition. Fraps doesen't seem to give me any problems, though.(dat smooth fps on ultra...mmhmm ok)

That way you get the Steam overlay in an Origin game and you can use Steams' screenshot function. Which is better than PrtSc cause it gives you jpegs instead of png, which are like a quadrizillion times smaller
Not doing this myself at the moment though, PrnScr is fine. But that's how I used to do it in ME3 which had no in game screenshot function

Sera gets a song though. As does Leliana. You need to be crazy to have a song. Be grateful that Cassandra doesn't.

I'm new to the franchise, so I Initially assumed Cassandra would be this ice cold woman that blindly enforces the rules.
I couldn't be more wrong.
Cassandra's pretty much the embodiment of Lawful Good.

How she reacts during that flirt option depends on her approval. With high enough approval, she actually likes the flirt.

I wouldn't know, man. It's been a while since I've been that early in the game. Nightmare makes it a chore, honestly.

She gives approval regardless if you just mean the points. Or do you mean her actual reaction?
edit: Wait... I think I'm an ijjit.... Doesn't she say "I suppose not" normally?
(facepalm) Guess I just took to that convo a bit too early.

Only if you pick the top option.
The middle one talks about how this is why she has no friends. The bottom one just tells her to answer the question.

Just getting to Skyhold and getting the Specializtions unlock is the hardest part of a Nightmare run i learned, took me 20 hours or so to get to where it got easy for me

Haven's Battle was the hardest encounter on Nightmare for me + i am playing with Friendly Fire on so it was quite intense. But the satisfaction in the end felt similar like killing a boss in Dark Souls...

I am curious. Is it possible to be pro mage, make Cassandra divine and ensure that her reformed Circle of Magi does not clash with College of Enchanters ?

I have a bit of a question and sorry if this has been asked a dozen times already...I can never get Cassandra to be at the Wicked grace table,do you have to finish her quests or romance her to have her play the card game with the rest?

I don't think so. Fiona alive means trouble for mages.
Although, why a pro-mage would want to keep Fiona alive is beyond me. She's all about selling your lot to Tevinter, not so much about getting better treatment.

Need to finish her personal quest and have high approval
