Bro, if you lived in my zip code I'd buy you a beer. You sound like you need some friends.
It's true. I used to have many. Things change.
But thanks.

I don't think DA:I warrants something like a Citadel dlc. For Mass Effect it was a lighthearted farewell to the whole trilogy. For one Dragon Age game I'd rather get something more substantial and meaningful.
I agree. Citadel was the epilogue to a saga. If Dragon Age is careful and doesn't suffer from fatigue it could well put out another 3 games.
I'd rather go the Nevarra. But a fleshed out Val Royeux could work too.
Yea, it's as if devs were apologizing for getting us stuck in Kirkwall in DA2 and in DA:I reduced city visits to one small area.
I'd like some day to get a game from BioWare that'd be on the same level of awesomeness as BG2 with it's majestic Athkatla.

Just need to add.. I don't want any of my negativity to rub off. Sorry if it does. I hope it only affects my own sense of space.
Also, I have... a dark sense of humor sometimes. I kind of make fun of myself. So keep that in mind. ![]()

Yeah that city was great. Truckload of sidquests(and much better ones then DA:I has), day and night cycles, sewers, tombs, seedy bars and everything.

Something as simple as Kingdoms of Amalur's major cities/hubs could work. More fleshed out obviously. But it would have done cities and open world right if that game had more content.

Darkknight, tell me this..
If I conscript the mages, just how much am I losing from Cass' amulet of power in the Templar quest.. in the long run? When does that ever become meaningless?

That game was great in general. Probably the best BioWare has ever done, metacritic says so as well.
Speaking of BG, Cassandra reminds me of Jaheira, she was awesome badass warrior as well. ![]()

You can use the chest farming glitch to get an extra amulet of power in the Fallow Mire. I felt like the Seeker shield schematic was the bigger loss. No, I don't abuse those glitches. I use them for schematic farming and one amulet for Cassandra exclusively if I go the Hushed Whispers route.

You literally only lose 1 ability point.....

Yeah, I know.. but...
Eh.. nevermind. What's the level cap anyways?
As for the mage quest, it just doesn't appeal. But the epilogue does.

Level 24-25. And influence level 20. At least for me.

Jaheira romance was to creepy for me with the whole dead husband thing.

The level cap is 27.

Yeah, it's a nice shield..lasts awhile too.

The shield itself is a dime a dozen. I meant the schematic for the shield. So I could make one out of Dragonbone and throw some Fade-Touched Silverite on dat bish.

That's what I mean.. and I think it's one of the few early masterworks you find.

Meh, there are lots of better shields out there, definetly not worth doing that mission just for that.
Guest_StreetMagic_*
It's a cool mission as well though.

I don't believe it's cooler than Redcliffe though, because Dorian+Time Magic+Leliana+Alexius.

I know. But it's Cass' shield. And the Champions of the Just is good. It's just that it and the epilogue that follows doesn't fit my world state. And even though my mages are usually non-rebel Lucrosian/Aequitarian they still sympathize with the rebel plight so he couldn't ditch them to Fiona's incompetent bumbling. The ones that did side with the Templars recruited them with the motivation of rescuing the mages in Redcliffe as well.

Red lyrium tortured Cassandra is cool.
Dat prayer.

Gives a much better introduction to Cole though.

What's a Lucrosian again? Profiteer?
