Gaider should be ashamed.
But he isn't.
So meh.

Case in point.

Through me or Gaider?
Not you.
But I'm kind of kidding anyways... I think.
Heh.. yeah, it's a subject best dropped. I'm happy to do it at least.
Not Cass related, but I love this image. Andraste really did slaughter her share of fools.. Just let me follow her footsteps and I'm happy.
You know what's funny about that image of Andraste:
- she's not a redhead as the character in the game keep telling us she is (most recently by Cassandra).
- there is a codex that says Andraste was considered too weak to have kids and that's why her husband had other wives. So it's doubtful she was allowed to fight anything
- the Fereldans started to "worship" dogs about 200 years after her death (after the second blight because of Dane and Haftner), so everything showing her with dog-gear is an anachronism.
Barely anyone in this thread plays qunari. But let's talk about that again for several pages.
I like Hawke.. I could have easily seen her as Inquisitor (she's a hot little rogue).
I'm glad that the Champion wasn't the Inquisitor. I've never been interested in the Andrastian human background, and playing as a religious Andrastian again wouldn't have been entertaining to me. This time, players have choices about who their character is - Dalish, Dwarf, Vashoth, or a human who could be religious or an atheist (the latter which was denied to us last time as Hawke).
You can pretty much justify anything now that that much is true. It's not even an interesting Qunari, and yet... "Messiah!!!"
I try not to think about it. The level of immersion break hurts too much.
Different strokes for different folks, I suppose. I prefer the non-human backgrounds myself; it's difficult to immerse yourself in the story when you really don't care for the character you're playing as, and I think the return of racial backgrounds allowed plenty of people to immerse themselves in their character in a way that simply wasn't possible with Hawke, who was always a religiously Andrastian human.
When I played as a Lavellan mage, I enjoyed being able to choose how I felt about my clan, what it was like living among the Dalish, my desire to return to them, how I didn't believe in the Maker and followed my own gods. There were even some nice bits with Cassandra, who made the point that you didn't have to be human to care about the world, she asked how I felt about being away from my clan, and there were the ideological clashes because of our varied cultural and religious views.
There should have been a seeker specialization just for her to be honest.
Cassandra training the Inquisitor in the ways of the Seeker FTW.
Judging mages>
1-Execution
2-Exile
3-Forced labor
4-Tranquility
5-Blood boiled by my girlfriend.
The Inquisitor doesn't have a year to sit around and do nothing. Even after the story, the Inquisitor's too involved to just drop off the face of Thedas.
It's not the blood she affects, it's the lyrium in somebody's blood. It would only work on mages and templars.
I Think we need more fanart of Qunari x Cass lovin up in here.

So basically all the enemies we face for most of the game? Currently the powers she has now only work on demons and mages, so I'm not seeing a huge loss here.

No, it'd take a year, because that year long ritual is what summons the Spirit of Faith. So unless the Inquisitor has a Spirit of Faith handy, which I highly doubt, and can instantly still their mind, which they can't, they won't be becoming a Seeker any time soon. And they aren't made Tranquil as children. Children can't fast in the way it takes to become a Seeker. Besides, plenty of Templars become Seekers in DA:I, so that's not correct to begin with.

If you discount the Free Men, the non-mage Venatori, the various wildlife, sellswords, bandits, giants, darkspawn, and demons, sure.

I could understand wanting to do whatever freaky **** you do in your own home, but try not to inflict everyone with gorilla on human sex pics. Have some class and self respect. At least a little bit. Like even a tiny bit would go a long way. ![]()
It'd have been nice if they were even a fraction as cool looking as female Qunari. Maybe I could look at pics all day then. Who knows.

Yeah, as a Die hard male qunari fan, I'd be hard to pressed to not completely disagree with you on that last part. The male qunari looked so much cooler in DA 2. I also miss the clawed hands.

CassQun!
STILL WITH THE ****** QUNARI, JESUS CHRIST.
That picture would be 10000x better if he had hair and had the better shaped horns. The ones that didn't look like Ram horns. You know the ones I'm talkin about. The ones that go straight back.
Took me some time lol, hope you like it (not hating the dwarf/qunari fans xD)
