Well of course she is going to die. She is not immortal.
I meant in so far as witnessed events.
I can just picture the scene; her sword dropping from blood drenched fingers, her eyes rolling back...

Oh do tell more. Will she die with her head held high or will she die with her faith broken? And who is her killer?

They should kill everyone. Yay! Fun all around.

Shh don't ruin the moment!
Cassandra doesn't die until Leliana does, damn it!

Well normally I'd say betrayal is most probable but there isn't anyone left.
So open combat; which leaves a few scenarios, multiple opponents or just one singularly skilled opponent.
Which enemy Tevinters, Qunari or Demons? or which destined slayer of Cassandra?

I already knew this, but I'll say it anyway.
You are a sick sick man.

Okay. This changes what?
You said that the templars and mages were the bulk of the enemies that are fought in the game. That's patently false and not at all true.
That's actually not what I said. I said they're the enemies we face most of the game, which in case you didn't know, is demons, and people with either magical powers, or red lyrium freaks.
I know who kills Cass
The most dreaded enemy of all

Which is... Not different in any meaningful capacity. It's also still false.

Imagine if Cass gets assassinated if she becomes divine. Knowing Gaider, that seems like the typical thing he'd do.

Except it is, because he enemies we are required to face rely heavily on substances Cassandra can manipulate and are always present in every section of the game, and it's also true. I don't know what game you played where Freeman and bandits made up the bulk of opponents, where Darkspawn weren't throw aways, where Templars, mages, and Red Templars didn't make up large quantities of enemies, and where demons weren't literally everywhere, but I'd really like to play it.

Erm, you guys are so optimistic.
Anyways, if I may ask, how many of you have chosen Cassandra as the next Divine? Just wondering cuz I've been writing a fanfic and I wanted to know which is popular outcome around here.
Now that I know about the "Bright Hand," which seems to be perfect for a pro-chantry/circle player. I'm looking into making Lady Pentaghast divine for that reason. I just hope she doesn't hold a grudge for breaking up with her. I'm just don't want her to have any loose ends that will stop her from giving the divine position an 100%.
I'm planning on writing some fanfic about the aftermath of the relationship, but I'm still currently playing. I'm really on the fence about the breaking up part, but the drama!!

I don't think there is a most popular choice.

Made her Divine. My Inquisitor felt she was best for the role, agreed with her views and she's was determined to give it everything, just as always. And it didn't really seem right not to support his loved one.

Maybe, I just want to know more from the people that actually romanced her, so those would be the ones that I would consider for the final decision. Just curious.
Vivienne here. But... I'm still kind open to Cass.. just haven't played it.
Thanks!
You know, that's the hard part of me. If Cassandra was chosen to be the next Divine, I would happily support her, despite knowing that the relationship would cool down, but she must choose what's best for her. In the end, Leliana was chosen and that was actually quite a surprise for me, I was already preparing some large amount of drinks with Bull if Cassandra leaved, I was expecting her to be chosen. I'm happy
That's great!!! Really, I haven't seen any fanfic with Cassandra out there, at least not one that focus on the romance and it's driving me mad D: I would happily read it!
Lol only selfish reasons filled my head for not wanting Lady Pentaghast to be the new divine. She is pretty much a balance between Vivienne and Leliana as divine, but I really can't say much. I've only completed the game one time with Vivienne as the divine.
I need a story for school, so I really wanted that story to feature the inquisitor and Cassandra, also Cole, Varric, and Dorian. The rags to riches story seems to be pretty popular in my fantasy class I'm taking right now.
