See, this is why I don't get over this subject. lol. Because something about it invites the basest sh*t ever.
That's actually a compliment, and has been since 2007.

Well... it's cliche because Cassandra wanted the ideal. Hahahaha.
I liked it. It was nice that Cassandra trusts/likes the inquisitor enough to show that side of her. I picked the puzzled option once when she confronts you about the inquisitor's advances. She said something along the lines of "if you're confused, then you don't really see me for who I am. I know what you see. (She's probably referring to her physical features. And well, she is pretty. And I'm sure she knows that. Hahaha.)" And then she says something about how what she wants doesn't really reflect on what one sees. Then she drops something like "if you can't see that, you shouldn't continue this."
I heavily regretted picking that option because I was just curious what she would say. She sounded rather hurt that an inquisitor who pursues is confused why she would want such things.

You know, it seemed like DG actually tried his damnedest to ward off bad intentions..
It just doesn't work in a game though. Gamers are gamey.
Nah, it doesn't mean the Inquisitor may not know that she wants those things, it could be equally surprising that Cassandra cares enough about the frill to demand it. Besides, no one says the right thing all the time. Everyone slips every now and then, and if you can't be that smoothassmuthatrucka that recovers the fumble, you ain't ready yet anyway.

What do you mean? Honest question. ![]()
10/10, would hit on, strike out, and be slapped.
And her ideals about romance come from smutty novels, so no surprise there.
Also that scene lol:
-Is that what you want?
-No. *metal sound, as she walks away*

Hmm? Sounded like you were saying basest as in the lowest, mostly because you finished by talking about how beautiful everything was meant to be. Being base isn't really a bad thing anymore. I don't doubt you know that, just saying the phrase doesn't really mean anything.

You need to watch Rebel Without a Cause. There's a cool muthatrucka. Because it's about sincerity (as is his girl, Natalie Wood).

It is a bad thing. Especially when you grew up with nothing but rednecks. Time to elevate. Not sit in the pit.
I don't know what's significant about 2007 though.

Huh?
It's a random year I pulled out of nowhere. The actual year was 2010 apparently.
Huh?
The novel isn't smutty, tho.

You're a better man than base, Bread. That's all I'm gonna say.
I don't see it often, but I know it's there. And you're just talking sh*t and being contrarian again. /this is me being sincere ![]()

Nah, that's just Varric being defensive.
My nukka, did you just call Varric a liar?

In fact, I can dig up a post where you called this romance arc beautiful. I know it's there. Maybe a hundred pages back. I don't do drugs. I have a good memory.
I have it on good authority that he is. ![]()

He's not even proud of that work though. Could be he was trying something.... different.. and couldn't use all his usual methods.
I think he needs Isabela to fully go smut (like the other story they wrote for Aveline before).

Varric can outlie Gamlen on his worst day and you know what they say about Gamlen when he says "good morning".

Isabela is a bit on another level.
More like ****.

Gamlen was a crappy liar actually.

He still can't say 'good morning' without lying twice.
