, she openly admits she doesn't blame him (and by extension the said person) for not trusting her considering her connection to the Chantry, and the fact that she failed to explain why she was seeking said person in the first place. It was a real learning experience for her. At least that's how it happened in my PT

Agreed , im pretty sure if Cassandra was still upset with Varric , she'd let him know every chance she gets , look at her relationship with Blackwall for example, she used to respect him a great deal but after finding out that he deceived them, she can barely stand to be around him lol she actually told him that she'd rather he never speaks with her again. Thats the type of person Cassandra is , she doesnt play pretend.

Exactly, besides Varric is the one who holds grudges. I thought he'd never stop ribbing Cass about stabbing that book! I love their banter It's why I missed the Cass/Sera stuff.

These events happen mutually exclusive, Cole doesn't talk about it if your romancing Cassandra, which is the only time she talks about it, so yeah. Not true.

She never said that.

She said it wasn't about them truly.

Not that Varric didn't betray the Inquisition.

So yeah, I don't know where you got the whole "they are blameless spew"

She just took at as a personal failure of that betrayal.

Nope , she tells him about it because she asked him about his love life first then retaliated by asking her about hers .

By the end of the game their relationship seems to be good, their banters between the two of them is testament to that.

Sera is my favorite rogue with her. I think it's a shame that a lot of people hate her.

 

All of them are good though. I just don't have the connection with Varric as I did when Hawke. He plays the victim too much.. and the lies aren't as funny.

I'm in the "love Sera" camp, so no worries there, and now that I've spent some quality time catching up with my bro, Verric, she'll definitely be coming along more often. Plus, I still have to do her romance, I've been saving it for my qunari run. I hear she's a fan

Hi everyone, I just want to put my two cents about Cass (do you guys call her Cass or Cassie is accepted?)

 

I really appreciate Cass as a character and with each playthrough, I'm loving her more and more. She's brash yet compassionate, strong yet able to question her self, full of sympathy, soft in the inside in such an endearing way

 

While many people might not like Cullen, it's actually Cullen's personal quest which made me appreciate Cass even more: she's the only one who had been supporting him all along, knowing the consequence yet putting so much trust in him. That's really something.

 

In any case, Cassandra's the best female character in DA:I

 

I'm making a guy for her next PT, once I finish this current one.
