It feels like every other day I log onto this site, I come across another person who's either deluded, insane, an SJW, or wholly unreasonable?

Eh that's debatable as in its been debated in court before.

 

Usually for a reason as the one i presented; Permission being retracted and or the party in question requesting that it not be used, in the case of written works, images and alike.

 

Also you would need to clarify first and foremost just what establishes this as a "public domain in so far as works, images, and words used by an account of person involvement, it isn't exactly public domain by that point, it isn't like going to the library and using a long dead author's words in a paper report.

 

Anyway back to the actual ****ing point.
