Property rights have been established over individual words, i don't see why a sentence would be a stretch.
Honestly the only thing really hampering it is that, the forum it was posted on isn't under my ownership.
But i am not attempting to sue, i am merely asking it be taken down.
And until this, it was fairly reasonable.
You cannot own words, unless that specific word is part of or the whole title of a franchise, work of art, or intellectual property. Even then, legally, no action can be taken if it is apparent that the word in question is part of the common vernacular and not used in a context related to or similar to the copyrighted or trademarked work.
Bethesda tried AND FAILED to sue Mojang over the use of the word "scrolls". Games Workshop tried AND FAILED to sue over the use of the term "space marine" (space marine as a generic blanket term, not in the pretense of Space Marines as in Warhammer 40k).
Actually, it's Games Workshop. They'll probably try to sue me now for making fun of them failing a lawsuit.
