Indeed. Wouldn't touch her personally, but she was a fun and interesting character, to say the least. We were bffs, and I liked her protective big sister role she took with Kitten.

I love the swagger banter between them. Picturing Merrill falling on her face while trying to strut like Isabela brought a smile to my face.

Someone posted a pic either in this thread or the women's one where they switched outfits. LOL loved that. Merrill of course couldn't get the bandana right. The ladies did have the best dialogue though.

Remember the one about Merrill putting marbles in her boots?

Is Sera like that with Cassandra? I honestly never use Sera, but I will if the dialogue is worth it.

She was humorous and such a world wise character and I loved that.

This.

I enjoyed taking the ladies out in Da2. Aveline, Isabela and Merrill made for some good banter.

Also this. Aside from Varric, the dudes in DA2 were kind of boring. Rather, they should by all means have been interesting, but they just weren't. Anders was the most interesting one due to his bond with Justice, but that never came up outside of plot quests.

Edit: Also she wasn't hung up on other peoples opinions on her, she knew who she was and that was all she needed. Didn't care if someone didn't approve or not. Many people could learn from that in my opinion. It is probably what I find Cassandra's biggest flaw, she can be hung up a bit on how people perceive her, if she was in the right for forming the inquisition, that they would think less of her for enjoying swords and shields. Screw that, embrace who you are and enjoy it, do not be ashamed of what you love.

Dunno. Cassandra never struck me as someone who would care too much about what other people thought of her. She knows her reputation and she knows her abilities. She might consider someone else's opinion for a minute or two, then get back to work and never mention it again.

Dang, first three minutes and they've already said a ton. I'll start using her more, just because she's obviously one of the more interesting characters, even if it's because she's so.... Sera.

Cassandra is aware that she will be judged and does let it factor into decisions she makes but once she has been judged she'll wear it regardless of it being good or bad. She cares but will shoulder and bear in while Isabela just doesn't care.

Sera is awesome, plug this sky hole rubbish and go home, oh crap Coryfish! I think I need to take her, Blackwall and Cassandra out to see if Cass chimes in on the beard discussion.

She does chime in, I believe, but if memory serves, she doesn't add much that's substantive. Maybe a disgusted noise, or an "I'm standing right here!" Comment.

If you've never taken out Sera before, her dialogue with Cass is great (Andraste's hairy eyeball and "around the corner, chocolate's made" always crack me up) but you have to take Vivienne as well. Sera/Viv is priceless.

That works for me, I like her but usually bring Dorian or Solas but they're getting old.

No, lol. It's funny, you just don't remember it correctly:

Its better than "temporary abomination". She didn't know and she definitely didn't had consent.

Ain't that the truth.

It's about like lyrium and Templars, sacrifice is needed and expected.

She will most likely stop that practice if she rebuilds the seekers. At least she will not allow it to be used on unaware people. Volunteers are another story.

And its not about Lyrium lol...

The secrets are no good, I agree. I don't like the lies.. or any lies really.

But I would happily try the Vigil, if told. The benefits are worth it. Better than being a damn Grey Warden, for sure.
