Unfairly beautiful. She really rocks that uniform. I'm convinced they made it for her, not Cullen like people kept saying.

She means business, inquisitors!
Agreed. I definitely got that vibe from her at the Ball.
This is why I never let her become Divine. She'd go mad from all the politicking and ass-kissing, snap, and go on a murderous rampage.
Just because she doesn't like politics, doesn't mean she won't tolerate it when duty calls.
Just because she doesn't like politics, doesn't mean she won't tolerate it when duty calls.
There's tolerating something for the sake of the job, and there's doing something you actively loathe, all day every day for the rest of your foreseeable future.

She'll just end up like Leliana then.

Cassandra has a vision for the chantry and ideas that she wants to see come true. She knows that in order to make her ideas and vision true, she has to get into politics one way or another. As divine, Cassandra can finally get her ideas out there. People can grow and change their opinion on things. Just as how she thought she would never follow behind the inquisitor, or be someone that she would admire.

I don't think Cassandra will change her opinion on politics. There hasn't been a single instance in the entire series where she's expressed anything other than total contempt for it.
There's not liking something and changing your mind after a while, and there's hating something and it being a defined character trait. When ME3 came out, it was easily one of the worst games I've ever played up to that point and I thought of it as though it were an insult to ME1 and 2. In hindsight, it's not as bad now as it used to be (but don't get me started on the things I so think are wrong with it or we'll be here all night), but the endings are still by far the worst pieces of written fiction I have witnessed in my entire life. Never in the span of 5 minutes have I seen an entire series crumble to dust, change genre, and totally contradict the morals and themes of the previous 2 games like Mac Walters did to ME.
This is unrelated to anything, but how is the Solas thread at nearly 2400 pages while this one isn't even at 1000? For shame.

Look, I get it. Cassandra as seeker would probably make happier, but soon or later, politics will creep up on her new seekers. She won't be able to avoid politics being divine or Lord Seeker.
Your example of hating ME3 isn't the same as hating something that's in everyday life. You can easily avoid ME3, but do you really think that you can do the same with politics? Everything in Thedas depends on some lord or noble or whoever holds the most power to make some kind of statement or rule that would affect everyone.
If Cassandra truly wants her ideas to come to reality, she will one way or another have to dive in the evil world of politics. The Seekers will need some kind of backing or connections to move up in the world and strength their ranks.

I have her avoid reforming the Seekers. The Inquisition already serves the same purpose as the Seekers and is an internationally recognized force, restarting the Seekers just seems like a waste of resources that could be applied to a group that already exists.

I'm sorry, I'll have a better example when I become the Pope or the President.

Or the Seekers can stay gone, since the Inquisition is doing their job for them.

Ummm Solas is a god
! Speaking truthfully, his fans are more passionate about him than Cassandra's fans are with her.

I would hope Solas fans are more passionate about Solas than Cassandra fans.

Oh yea, there's that third option to make her not reform the seekers. I feel that's a unhappy Cassandra, because during the game she regrets letting the mage/templar war starts, and not doing anything with her seeker power to prevent the war. She certain is more passionate about being Lord Seeker than divine, so I feel that she wants a purpose other than being just a soldier in the inquisition. Cassandra wants to redeem herself for the "failures" she may not have prevented, even if our inquisitor believes that she did all she could.
I think she has something different in mind for the new reform seekers than what the inquisition is doing. Cassandra wants them to do the Maker's work, and the inquisition isn't doing that or she wouldn't have even suggest creating a new seeker order.

Lol I worded that wrong! My bad!

Since nothing has been made official yet, I headcanon it that after Corypheus is taken down, the Inquisition continues as a peacekeeping force, essentially doing all the same things it's been doing. Cassandra becomes the Inquisitor's second-in-command (even outside of romance or personal preference, she really is the most suited for the job), and the Inquisition effectively becomes what the Seekers were meant to be, albeit without the whole 'Gestapo for the Church' spin. Though Leliana always becomes Divine in my games, so I'm going to need a new spymaster. Varric leaves after the events of the game (or so he says he will), and the other obvious choice is Harding, who is a field operative. Not sure who would take Leliana's place.

I always thought Cassandra should be second-in-command, but Cullen seems to hold that position. Maybe if he wasn't there, I could head canon that.
She did officially start the inquisition, and she would had made the most sense for inquisitor with our character being second-n-command, if we didn't have the mark of course. I think you can tell Iron Bull that. Well Cassandra is a devoted soldier of the Maker, so some kind of faith will have influence on decision making with Cassandra being CO.
I actually want Cassandra or Leliana as the Divine, but my decision making has been all over the place, so I don't know who will be the Divine.

This doesn't bother me at all. Not after actually seeing the Solas thread...
At least they stay on topic though. But they have more to talk about.

Spill the beans! What's going on in the God's thread?
We just need to wait patiently for DLCs that would expand on the inquisitor and Cassandra story!

Nothing worth talking about right now, lol. Earlier I got called sexist though for saying people trying to claim Solas wouldn't be interested in sex was naive and idealistic. Demisexual or whatever, which doesn't make sense when he shows an attraction to lavellan rather early.
Demisexual for everyone who lol, doesn't go on tumblr, is when you're sexually attracted to people only when you're strongly emotionally tied. So as you can see, this doesn't work when your LI shoves his tongue down your throat rather quickly, lol.
Basically people pushing their personal fantasies or how they see themselves on characters whether it's an accurate portrayal or not. Which, it's not, especially if you're trying to tell me someone's not having sex with the way solas acts around lavellan. It's delusional. Like I said there, some of it reminds me of Twilight girls. Disneyland idealism.

I know one person on this forum that shouts about demisexual all the time…
I wonder if that person is involved in any kind of way. The only person in this game that could be classified as a demisexual is Lady Montilyet, and that isn't even certain.
People tend to do that a lot around these forums, but I don't know if it's for the best or not. It's good and all that people can relate to a character, but don't try to attack someone else if they don't see the same thing you see
! So yea, you're right about people being delusional! That doesn't make you sexist , but just that you have a different opinion! ![]()
