Wrong guy, all you need is warcry and bull charge and shield wall, and you'll keep guard up just fine. Champion just makes it that much easier. I play nightmare and my guard doesn't drop unless I'm jacking off or something, lol.

 

Mages need that extra health. Warriors really don't.

A mage. Cassandra's literally laughing at Sera for being afraid of them, meanwhile she's shrugging spells off and enjoying it. I'd fight a mage over someone like cass any day.

Sabotage Archer is good enough for me, and it doesn't even require a specialization (because I'm not going to torture myself looking for Alpha Quillbacks to get the Artificer tree). All the things explode in poison clouds, which poison all the things that don't die to the poison explosion, which end up exploding in more poison clouds. Explosive poison clouds for everybody.

 

Everyone says mages are the best for CC, but they've never played an Archer rogue.

You're flying in slow motion towards it, the demons are looking up above them, blinded by the sun's gaze... then, with your Andraste touched hand, you shatter the rift with a punch, and they all die at our feet.

I just got this ring around the rose picture of our characters in my head. We are kicking some ass, and it's way better than that trailer of everyone fighting demons. Slow motion always make everything look badass! Nice visual! 

 

Yea, I play on nightmare also. Cassandra is more of the secondary tank, since the legion of the dead armor is really powerful, which means that I can take more damage.

You must have some magic to last even five seconds against a tank, especially when Bear Mauls the Wolves negates flanking.

Well lore-wise, you might have a upper-hand on us all. But… that doesn't mean you'll be able to take down someone with heavy armor so easily. Maybe a noble or merchant won't be such a hassle, but a warrior will give you a run for your money.

My critical dmg still high enough, without Flank attack at least you can have a chance, something about 0,0000000001%, but still a chance.
