Too bad he wasn't. My male mage Quizzy was in love with the Elf. But had to settle for "deep respect" instead. Maybe I can knock him over the head or use a spell to seduce him?

LOL! There's a mod that fixed the dialogue in Origins. So no "woman" stuff came out of Al's mouth. I wouldn't have it!
As someone who never disliked Solas and is just now playing a Female Elf Mage, I salute you for this thread.

LOL! I know what you mean. I started playing Origins the day is was released...and on an Xbox 360 of all things! I played it to DEATH!!!! Just a few months later a friend introduced me to the world of pc gaming and all hell broke loose! All the fun I had on my 360 and PS3 was laid waste when I discovered mods! Built a gaming pc, ditched consoles forever, and proceeded to run DAO even further into the ground! Now, I can only play it once a year.
My next playthrough however, will be one to remember! I'm going to go all the way through the entire series! So no social life for me.
Looking back, that first shot of him was pretty awful. He just looks so much better in motion.

Being a straight male who just doesn't do female characters (don't judge I'm not hating it's just my preference) I hearby declare tht OP is Sandal. Seriously prophetic stuff here. Crazy. I bet the devs looked at this and with Jackie chan face and said "how does he know?"
He didn't of course, but the prediction isn't all that far-fetched. It's impressive to be so spot-on, but the ideas actually fall into place by themselves if you stop to consider his character concept - which was known early - for a moment and go from there.
