I decided ( after a new full run through DA:O with Expans. and DLC'S ) to replay DA II.
Unfortunately I don't get the option to customize the Character nor the Avatar - is this disabled ?
Or have anyone the idea why the preset option is not available to me ?
I am not happy to play the default character

thx for answer - after reinstall I could see it again 
There was some broken, the Mage Male had only a head 
- so a re install was first choice after several tries to get it to work
