I guess you didn't read the numbers to see it did the correct amount of BE damage for a 6+6 combo.  No space magic here.

Definition of fact by the Oxford dictionary: "A thing that is known or proved to be true".

 

This one in particular cannot be known or proven true, as it is WRONG. So it is NOT a bloody fact. From now on, I would appreciate if before stating that something is a "fact" when talking about game mechanics, you could provide evidence of it. Thank you very much.

Already posted by HeroicMass, but I know some skulls are thick enough to require reading twice the same thing before comprehending. So, scroll down and you'll see that the damage of the BE matches both in theory and in practice a 6+6 BE.

The lack of BE damage/radius evos on both powers were definitely the culprit.  Everyone was used to seeing warp->throw and warp->shockwave BEs back in the day when the justicar was released that they didn't know what to think about BEs without additional multipliers.

Actually, the BE benefits from the warp debuff too, so as far as damage goes it's not even too bad. Radius is small though, yeah.

I know.  I think this may have also been shortly after the BE radius nerf as well.

Relevant text from the peddroelmz thread that Durbur linked.  What you're seeing is a DoT from the Warp effect followed by a BE triggered by Reave.
