So, Oakenshield was a female Elven Druid( lvl 3 at the time ) who, one day while exploring Rune Wood stumbled onto a group of Orcs & Goblins. With her friends beside her and the element of surprise she was confident she could take them out quickly. Sadly, it was not meant to be.
Leaping out from cover Oakenshield threw a Thunderstone at the Orcs and Goblins and rolled a 1 oh no, critical failure! The Thunderstone missed and exploded amongst lumber and other debris( the DM conveniently forgot to mention ) and started a huge fire that consumed portions of the woods.
Struck with grief( and a great deal of embarrassment ) Oakenshield fled the woods. And journeyed among the human lands for years. Eventually ( lvl 12 ) she encountered a wise and powerful monk( fellow player ) and they quickly became friends. However, little did Oakenshield know the Monk was a ****ing Vampire. This Monk Rohan turned Oakenshield( to the dark side, with a quickness ) into a vampire.
No longer a defender of nature she assumed the mantle of avenger, spreading death to small villages and hamlets all around the Rune Woods. Eventually after many, many years and adventures( now over level 60, my first epic lvl character ) Oakenshield spent a great deal of power( Xp, levels, gold, wishes ) and turned Rune Wood into the vampiric forest( wildlife and all )Blood Wood. Where she lived happily ever after tormenting the countryside.

A story from the Deadlands campaign I haven't posted about yet... the one where I'm playing a fifteen year old...
Last session, our party was running from Law Dogs (they're basically self-appointed Marshals) through a sandstorm. They were chasing us for having killed and taken a cow from the herd they were protecting. We didn't steal it on purpose: we just hit a cow with our truck due to sandstorm related visibility problems, and our Junker decided to euthanize it with her prosthetic arm's claws and throw the meat in the back. (On top of me and the other underage party member.) Then the Law Dogs came, and we rolled just well enough to stay ahead of them.
My character is a stealth-built Enlightened (think "monk") and in the chaos I decide to steal one of the chocolate bars that our other underage thief (a savage* rather than an Enlightened) had previously stolen from our boss (an NPC Librarian the GM had based on one of his professors.) The other thief catches me trying to steal from him, and decides to substitute some human meat he'd recovered from some cannibals we'd slaughtered last session for what I'd wanted to steal. I forgo the roll to resist the con and decide to throw it at the Law Dogs. I roll well enough that it probably would have caught one of them in the face if it weren't for the sandstorm and its associated penalties, and they redouble their efforts to catch us due to the meat being recognizably human.
They eventually catch up to us, and I have to explain that we aren't cannibals. Meanwhile some of the kids we took from the cannibal town (we couldn't just leave them due to having killed all but one of the adults there and the remaining man being elderly) start crying and begging the Law Dogs to take them from us. I then escalate the situation by trying to steal from the Law Dogs' saddlebags, failing, and then failing my Bluff check to convince them I'd been trying to pet the horse. (This led to the horse walking away side-eyeing me.) We wind up having to keep fleeing from the Law Dogs, and eventually make it into the outskirts of a city where they can't capture us due to the city pardoning us for any crimes committed outside its walls. We just have to buy our way inside, and we're free. Except that I didn't want to pay, so I just snuck in through a Men's room that for some reason had an entrance from both inside and outside the walls of the city.
It's like post-apocalyptic tabletop Grand Theft Auto.
* A "savage" is a child who has grown up largely feral due to having been born after the world was nuked; my character isn't much older but was raised in a Wudang-style temple in the Rockies instead of having to live with another tribe of children. Therefore I'm not technically a savage.

A previous session a while back had the group traverse ancient ruins. One that I said that some of the stuff was corrupted and that the corruption was fatal to people. I also told them they are indistinguishable from normal magical items with detect magic.
So after a floor collapse, some missed loot because they didn't want to risk it. They came to three stone statues that offered them a riddle. "How many Engurians in a Nigurian if there are no Sengurians?" The only thing in the room was three statues and three doors (excluding the one they came in) two others lead to dead ends essentially and they couldn't get past the third.
I'll put the answer in here if you want to guess the answer.

I'd recommend messaging Su Lu Pi. She wants to start a game over this page, but recruitment seems to have hit a brick wall.

We were going to pick when we had more people interested.
I've never done a play by post... but I may be interested, depending on the game. Count me in.

It can only fit five people due to the Bioware forum putting limits on the number of people who can see the same private message. Sorry.

Sorry, man. We'd let you play if Bioware would let us.
