You didn't change your class after NG+ in the last game, why would you now?

I assumed because when you are able to change some aspects of the character after the intro of the game there could have been that possibility. Of course i knew it was a long shot, but it never hurts to ask... unless you are at the Dragon Age forums (hawhaw).

I asked this back on the old forums a while back.
Another user mentioned that during a NG+, all of your abilities/skills transfer with you, per dev confirmation. That would mean, therefore, that you would have to stay that same class.

So all you want to keep on NG+ is all your money and levels?
part of the enjoyment of an rpg is character development. Even on your first NG+ your still probably leveling up to 30.

No not that, i mean as if the option was there. i would rather get to 30 with my soldier then start over with an Adept or Vanguard.
I understand the point is to grow into your class. but one problem i had with ME1 is that i hated my initial class, by the time i got to the end i was sorta sick of it. It would have been cool to transfer the effort to a class i liked better after trying it out, especially when the save game could be transferred to ME2. even if the "way there" wasnt with the first class.
That being said i was using the infiltrator class in ME1 and i kinda noticed that i messed up my Skill points, do you guys think there would be a way to reset points after a fee of some sort in case i royally screw up?
