If you could buff a weapon that's considered weak when compared to others of the same type, what would you pick?

All weapons need a little buff considering they all have pros and cons.
Assault Rifles:
Avenger dmg buff.
Vindicator spare ammo.
Argus rate of fire.
Revenant accuracy.
Pistols:
N7 Eagle dmg buff or stability increase
Scorpion ammo type applies even if shot on ground.
SMGs:
Blood Pack Punisher, remove that PAK PAK PAK! sound.
Geth Plasma SMG takes too much time for continuous firing
Snipers:
Raptor: It's good, but bad for mices like Mattock. So buff dmg and reduce amount of bullets per clip.
Incisor: Delay the time between each 3 shots, so if you flick it quick to the right, you could headshot three Cannibals. BAM BAM BAM!
Shotguns:
They all good ![]()

The striker assault rifle. As of this point I just assume its always going to be shooting cobra missiles each shot... why not just make it official.

Spitfire needs faster rpm, and less movement restriction.
Incisor, not actually that bad, just takes too much effort to use.
Raptor. Same.
With the assault rifles, not one of them is that bad but the harrier nades them all terrible in comparison. Needs more weight, and accuracy bug fixed.

Make all the weight of ARs like SMGs so I can use Harrier as a sidearm with my Arc Pistol as a primary.

I guess I would increase the damage of the Locust, if I would have to pick one single weapon. It is such a bad weapon compared to the Locust from ME2.
Some other weapons should also get buffed:
- Spitfire: Remove this stupid speed reduction
- Falcon: Increase ROF or damage
- Argus: Increase ROF

Disciple and let me be honest I think it's damage is fine. I would make it stagger everything but elites everytime it hits.

BPP
That's another good one. The recoil and reticle bloom need to be adjusted. It's too damn niche right now to ever compete with the Hurricane.

The Viper.
Was a big fan of the gun in ME2, but the ME3 version just doesn't resemble it at all.
Closest ME3 equivalent would be putting a scope and Heavy Barrel on a Phalanx, I guess.

Buff the Harrier's ammo so I can spam MM more.

Mattock - it needs a full auto mode.
In all seriousness, I would have liked the ability to go burst or full auto with the assault rifles. Change the accuracy depending on the mode you use. Burst for mooks and headshots. Full auto for Brutes, Atlas, etc.

Avenger, accurate when burst fired, deadly on full auto.

Not a buff but the CSR's scope is really annoying.
You could use the Thermal Scope.
But of course, doing so almost necessitates using the HVB as well, which makes the gun weigh as much as a tomkah full of Krogan.

I should have fleshed out the rest more. For the ones that are already burst or semi mode - it would have been nice to be able to switch them to auto and save my trigger finger on Gold and Platinum. I would gladly take an accuracy hit as long as it didn't turn all of them into the Revenant.
Then again, we would never have received the Harrier if that functionality was built into the ARs.

Tempest and Geth Pulse Rifle. They are such cool guns but I just barely skip over them due to the damage being too low. They could both use 10-15% increases.

Oh and the Krysae needs a RoF increase. It's so slow to do so little damage.

I adore the Tempest already, but a buff would be great. The GPR annoys me because it's so accurate but it really is underwhelming damage wise. So I agree there also.
I just hate the Krysae, but I think a better RoF would be the perfect thing for it. Then it could be like a Falcon sniper rifle.

The Valkyrie AR needs something. I can't really put my finger on what but it feels underwhelming when compared to say the Harrier or Saber. Maybe a magazine size increase along with less bullet spread between the two shots and a slightly bigger HS multiplier.

Doesn't it already have a 3x headshot multiplier? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
It's not a bad weapon, but like most other burst fire weapons there are full auto weapons that get the job done better.

The Harrier.
And yes, I just want to see the world burn.

Other than the Harrier, Typhoon, and PPR, I think the Valkyrie is probably the next best AR. I mean that's not really a bad thing.

I should also add to that the Typhoon and PPR are more sustained fire weapons to get the most out of them, Harrier is sort of an abomination. The Valkyrie is good for burst damage and swapping from target to target, JMHO.

What Shady said. The Saber remains my favorite AR, though I acknowledge others kill faster.
