Thank god, I was really worried when he said he hadn't been contacted. YAY Alistair  Like others have said, I hope he has a slightly bigger role in this one, the world is ending after all.

I don't think they "made him look different" so much as the change in engines. I think Frostbite will provide us with a higher quality Alistair

A change of engines makes someone look different. They referenced it in DA2. Still not happy about the changes though(regarding Alistair), but we'll see how he turns out in the coming game.

Actually, yes! Voice director Cab Livingstone recently held a booth session with him long-distance; he recorded some stuff at their LA studio apparently.

No confirmation it's Loghain and not someone else but I can't imagine she'd go through the trouble of getting him specifically for someone new.

...actually I can, he's fantastic. But yeah, kind of a win regardless. It's Simon Templeman, Kain and a random holodeck dude on TNG *himself.*
