 Will there be bonus squad points that are outside of leveling ?

For example: completing certain missions, through achievements, and maybe DLC.
 
 If there is none in the game at this time maybe in a later DLC for only level 30 characters ?

I don't know, I've only heard that you can get 51 points, but I hope you don't get anymore. Some limitation is a good thing, it makes each playthrough with the same class feel different and it makes the game not  a spamfest where your just casting all your different powers constantly (which throws off gameplay imo).

Yes and no. You get bonus squad points for importing a high level character. Not sure what the total number is for corresponding level but the level range that you get a specific amount of bonus points are: levels 40-49, levels 50-59, and level 60, level 60 granting the highest number of bonus points. This info was revealed at the Best Buy Q&A.

You also get one free squad point when you gain a bonus power. That point comes in the bonus power, so at max level you have 51 points. (2 points each till 30 and 1 point each till 50.)
