I toyed around with a AJA BW sniper before which was pretty fun.  Defense bubble spec, no pull.  Stack reaves for dmg/DR (adding to being inside the bubble's DR) and staggering things for easy headshots bumped by warp ammo glory.

How do u use the decoy ? I haven tuse a level 6 decoy in years .

Casting has a shock staggering radius and  later on any unit coming in that radius is staggerred once ?

Idem for the explosion ?

One of my favorite builds when I first stated playing was the Asari Adept with a scoped Paladin. My Salarian Engineer uses the Valiant. And I use a scoped Saber on the Quarian Marksman.

SE Valiant or Wraith is just so fun though.  I feel with the SE Valiant that I should just play a SI Valiant.

 

I even color coded them both bumble-bee.  One is black armor, yellow highlights - the other is yellow armor, black highlights.

IDK about the shock radius it seems I have had it shock multiple enemies at a time and it seems a bit more effective versus enemies with the shock evolution. It doesn't work on melee enemies supposedly but oddly if you take a Volus Sent and solo with it, enemies still seem to check down on the decoy even if they are melee enemies if you're cloaked. With the Volus I use it as a bomb at times putting it right on top of Ravagers knowing it will take enough damage to explode. Another odd thing is Banshees seem to have two different behavior types when aggressive they are a melee enemy when in ranged they attack the decoy and will nova repeatedly when it is withing their range.

I rarely use non-Infiltrators as snipers.  When I was first starting off in this game, I unlocked the Salarian Engineer early.  Salarian Engineer + Mantis got me through a lot of games.

 

Other ones I have used and liked are TSent + Incisor, Destroyer + Indra, Justicar + Valiant or Indra, and Collector + CSR.  Oh yeah, and BatSent + Kishock.

If I had to pick one favorite, I would take the 60666 Destroyer with geth scanner and executioner or BW (H'cane secondary), with drill ammo.

Geth will go bonkers over it, of course. But another way I like to use it is to drop it near spawns where the enemies are out of sight (Ideally, this would be spots like the control room on Hydra where you have the corner and the small entrance to take advantage of, etc.). Since it spawns a set distance in front of you, you just need to practice the positioning a few times to get it in front of the spawn and then you're golden. My memory is hazy as to how the shock works, but I believe it goes off every X number of seconds. So very good for holding down the room!

I actually use the Wraith on the SI. 4/6/6/6/4 build.
