Tsent Incisor. No really.

 

I did that for a while. Incisor is pretty decent when you have stacked stability (>=85%).

Quarian Marksman is really good imo.

 

Sabotage may be a so-so power for damage, but it has the most consistent and stable stun effect without much of any staggering or keeling over, making it easy to line up shots.  This is a great power to be paired with a sniper, and makes mook killing very efficent.

 

Tac Scan is great for debuffing bosses.

 

And Marksman is great for snipers like the Indra, and can also help out with any secondary weapons you may bring as a backup.

I prefer the arc pistol on the AssGuard, but the valiant's perfect for stasis sniping on a AssDept.

 

*Bang*bye-bye shields, *Bang*bye bye face, with almost no delay between the shots.

 

Especially good when you get a well-positioned stasis bubble in a choke point and the enemy keep re-spawning and walking into it like a conga line.

If I had to pick one favorite, I would take the 60666 Destroyer with geth scanner and executioner or BW (H'cane secondary), with drill ammo.

You need both 5a in Devastator Mode and the Extended Magazine mod, then you'll get the two shots

 

edit: nevermind, 5a is not mandatory. rank 2 is what gets you the second shot

Exactly my thought, that's the reason why I'm currently spec'ing the Turian Saboteur. Finally unlocked him this week!
