What are the chances we'll see Adrian?

I think there's a lot of potential for some interesting story possibilities if the Inquisitor and Adrian can become allies, bringing together the Inquisition and the Libertarians, who may also be aided by the Mages' Collective, from establishing settlements where mages can built a life for themselves to commandeering control of the templar forts that would otherwise threaten them.

Surrendering the freedom of the mages doesn't seem to be something that Adrian would concede her values on. Adrian is very passionate about what she believes in, including her condemnation of the failures of the Chantry controlled Circles. “If you really fear us so much, then kill us! Don't pretend that killing everything that makes us human isn't the same thing!”

I don't always understand Adrian. She is in tears and ready to kiss the Divine's feet at one point and the next she is scheming to force the mages to go independent and undermine said divine.

Absolutely. It's not my fight, it's theirs. It's one of those moments where I'd step back and let fate and whoever has the will to win decide the future.

Oddly, both my Warden and Hawke had mage sympathetic leanings, but it was never because of the higher ideal. My warden loved Morrigan, Hawke loved Merrill and would do anything to protect her sister. It was purely those personal connections that shaped their leanings, rather than any greater cause.

My Hawke wished he could "love" his sister, if you know what i mean...

If we do encounter her, I'd be sure to let Vivienne do the honors of turning her to ash.

A most fitting and ironic end indeed.

I just hope we don't have to work with her. Like if there is a mission where "Here, have Adrian accompany you" I'll literally look for a "Can I take somebody else?" option.

Which is a perfectly understandable position because I play Warrior and the last time Adrian worked alongside a warrior, she waited until Evangeline was doing her job and tanking the enemy and then summoned a firestorm on top of them, Evangeline included.

Clearly, on top of everything, Adrian is the type of caster that will throw a Fireball regardless of her allie's position. Thus, she is a team killer and I don't trust her at my back.

Pretty much. At least I know old Pete isn't as likely to stab me in the back as watch it.

You know all of a sudden, I was reminded of this song. I haven't thought about it in a long time.

She seems to provoke the same reaction. Maybe Rhys will do a duet with the Inquisitor.

As someone else mentioned, I wouldn't be shocked if she usurped Fiona by now, or at least tried

I'd like to see her try. Fiona would give her one mighty smackdown.

Now excuse me while I skim the next 20 pages in an attempt to get past the irrelevant talk of slavery and anime.

Edit:

Oh no. I hate her personality as well the side she chose. She, as well as Adrian, effectively decided the fates of nearly every mage in White Thedas. Every death from this war, both civilian, Templar, and mage, is on her head, and I will call her to stand accountable for it, good intentions be damned.

This is what bothers me. Why does everyone blame Fiona and Adrian exclusively? The conclave wasn't attacked because Lambert was attempting to arrest Rhys. Templars started leaving the hall when Fiona began making noise. The first thing Lambert says when he comes in is some antagonistic quip about them being children for not doing what they are told and follows it with what boils down to "**** the Divine, I'm in charge now." Which is exactly what Fiona does. Fiona refuses to hand Rhys over and stop the discussion. Lambert refuses to let them hold their conclave, or question Rhys to find out what may have happened. Both of them refuse to take the Divine's wishes into account because they both have too much of their own trauma wrapped up in the argument to make sound decisions. They are both at fault.

You know, while I don't agree with Adrian's methods, you got to respect her dedication and drive for her cause.  She is the firebrand you see marshaling forces and will not back down unless they succeed or die trying.  She would make for a great companion for one reason alone, she is likely to be the one you don't always get along with.  Surrounding yourself with only people whose points of view that you agree with or that agree with your points of view is stagnant and boring.  Having at least one person around that disagrees with you to the point of action is a useful thing as it promotes arguments and thinking.  Always nice to have a counter-point on hand.  And let's face it, banter between her and Vivienne would be epic.  ;)

I admire her drive and respect her, doesn't mean at this point I like her tho.

I don't respect people who frames someone close to them for murder that also got someone who stood in her way from starting war killed

She's a POS

Yeah.

Anders I at least respect since he takes responsibility for his actions instead of planting it on an innocent person's shoulders.

If there's no kill option then I guess I'll just glare at the screen malevolently until she goes away.
