What are the chances we'll see Adrian?

The dislike for Adrian doesn't surprise me. She's not a very likable character. Not even when she's sympathetic. I think I remember Rhys stating she had no friends, not even among the Libertarians, because she's just that disagreeable. And then she betrays the one friend she did have. So, few characters in the book like her, and few BSNers like her. Again, not surprised. I don't like her either, but I'll be nice for once.
This goes out to you, Adrian.

I don't think it's right to call her the "female Anders" specifically because I think they're on two major different levels.
One is on the surface while the other is six feet under? That's different levels, right? ![]()
In all seriousness, I know what you mean. Just couldn't help myself.

They both have lofty goals, they both wind up deceiving and using a friend to uphold them, thus leading said friend into a deadly situation. In essence, the difference is minimal. The fact that Anders admitted to everything earlier is irrelevant, because he knew that if his plan worked, Meredith would go after the Circle.

Didn't Anders commit some mass murder of practically everyone inside of the Chantry? Didn't Adrian's initial action only kill one person? I mean, they caused some crap, but their crimes were significantly different...

Anders tried his damnedest to keep anyone else out of his crimes, can't say the same for Adrian ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

He acknowledges what he did and why he does it, he dies every time in my playthroughs but at least he was man enough to own up to being a ****ing war criminal.
That said i hated killing him in DA 2.
Ander's deserved a far better execution then a mere knife in the back and then him proceeding to void his fade ridden bowels all over his dirty robes.
He needed a proper hanging.

I am saying he got off way to easy, he felt none of the pain or misery he caused, he got a quick stab and got to die with his ass in the air :/
He was a mass murdering psychopath, he needed to die after feeling that pain.
He needed to...i know it's a tired trope but it is my line after all.
He needed to know pain ![]()

And Adrian knew that Lambert would go after the Conclave, break it up, and likely kill most of the mages.

And if that that was indeed her belief?

Only those that were violently resisting died there, and even then not all of them.
ungrateful robes :/
Get shown mercy and they still rebel.

Yeah. Lambert walked in there and called them all children with the intention of calming the situation and showing them mercy. Right.

Their actions were quite different, even though they sought the same goal - mage autonomy. It's also an issue of whether or you agree with mage autonomy from the Chantry and their templars, which can color their acts in taking life for the outcome of bringing mages to a point where they would no longer live under the auspices of the Andrastian Chantry or their military arm.

And the one wielding the sword bears no responsibility whatsoever? The one who gave the order to attack when the mages (cough, Fiona) wouldn't just cancel the conclave they had permission from Lambert's direct superior, whom the codex on Seekers specifically say he answers directly to, without comment, also bears absolutely no responsibility for the violence?
