So Nevarra is out. At this point I'm not going to trust anything not already confirmed by the devs. Even IB and Sera's presence in the party (I think Sera is a companion because it was somehow shown in the party in a video, but I woudn't bet on it).Mevlüt Kirmaz @TemplarCode[/size] 2 uur
@Mike_Laidlaw Okay, Can we then be able to play as Nevarran in the future? I love the country Nevarra. Thanks for puting the country in #DAI

@TemplarCode Nevarra's not a playable space in #DAI. It's referenced heavily, but you won't go there directly.

Aww... I was excited to go to Nevarra, well maybe we'll go to surrounding areas near Nevarra like we did in MotA I think (I haven't played it myself)

Indeed, anything that wasn't in a screenshot or confirmed by dev afterward is dubious information at this point.
I've read the magazine, and all the information represented here seems pretty spot on. I understand why they omitted the part about Morrigan returning as a companion. I doubt xbox got that right.
Can somebody post what is confirmed as being innacurate from the maganize in like one big compelation post? I expected the OP would do something like that, but they haven;t.
Haven't really seen the OP make that many posts since this was started?

From what I know the endings, the locations and Morrigan's status as companion were clarified/corrected.
Also: JeuxVideo said Isabela was returning, but they got her mixed up with Vivienne. (awkwardly)

I think the worst thing is they just misunderstood the whole game pitch.
They think the Inquisitor is fighting a BLIGHT , and must close the Deeproads.
I mean ...this one is just embarassing.

So...are they stupid or what? I don't get it. Is it a translation problem?
Oh yeah, I think I remember something about that. That's... quite confusing when the Inquisition is now another organisation entirely.
She's called "une Inquisitrice" in the article, and the French fan page suggests "une Chercheuse de Vérité" is better.
I wonder if they'll change the Seekers' title in Inquisition to les Chercheurs?
Whoever translated the games in FRench sure backed themselves in the corner. Ironically, "Inquisition" was at the time the best possible translation for "Seekers of truth"; "Chercheurs de vérité" sounds more like a shady group looking for the true meaning of life by sacrificing lambs or something...

Speaking of Sera, the magazine don't even states "Bioware confirmed Sera", they said that she showed accidently in some WIP video, ie. the magazine surely doesn't know any better than us, remember; the Gamestar article DIDN'T say she's confirmed.
Now that said, the amount of evidence for her to be a companion is overwhelming (concept art and comanion info in the survey, tavern concept art, gameplay video, and the fact she has a confirmed writer), but still...
The Devs have both referenced Iron Bull and Sera in their food comparison thing I don't think they do that for anyone besides companions.

Like I said in another thread, they haven't as far as I know. Mary confirmed Solas, but not Iron Bull nor Sera. That's a fan assumption (my own and I was mislead by an old tweet repost).

They have done the food thing before, and one of the characters they referred to was Anora, a non-companion.The Devs have both referenced Iron Bull and Sera in their food comparison thing I don't think they do that for anyone besides companions.
Did Gamestar confirm Iron Bull is a companion too, or was that only OXM?
That armour is, once again, not class-limited is a wonderful development.
I wonder if it's stat-limited. I get the impression that it is not, which strikes me as a bit weird, but perhaps the fatigue penalties will be stat-based.
I'm a little confused. If the Inquisitor is the only person that can close the veil tears, you'd think that his presence would be required all over Thedas instead of just Fereldan and Orlais. I guess something will happen at the end of the game that closes ALL the tears. Or maybe the tears are only in the southern half of Thedas. Guess we'll find out when the game launches.

Since they are being caused by someone or a group of people, chances are we stop them before they can spread it further.

I'm interested in how the mage-templar war will be developed though. Before Asunder Gaider hinted that it might not be a continental revolution, despite that Varric said at the end of the game and what happened in Asunder (that Gaider might have already planned at the point).
It's possible that Orlais and Ferelden are the ones mostly affected in the timeframe DAI start. The news need to spread and that can take times without the Internet. Also, Varric said that thing as if it was a rumor, so there is wiggle room here.
As for the fade tear closing ability, well going by all the mistakes, it wouldn't surprise me if this was another one. Maybe the dev just said that the Inquisition will have to close the tears because everyone else is too busy with other things (which we already knew) and the journalist twisted that into "special ability for the Inquisitor".
