Delicious Voices

Asa Seigel has a great, gravely voice! Amazingly, the only character he ever played was Bishop in NWN2.
I chose a nice non-spoilery conversation, but moarinternets has plenty of clips up there, as do other folk, if you want to hear more examples.
Anyone else fondly recall the ranger's voice?

So, here I'm going to put examples of vo work from people who get a majority of mentions. At this point the only names besides Bishop that I've seen multiple people suggest is the va for Barnaby, Sam Riegel and Keith David of Gargoyles, Princess and the Frog, Bioware's own Mass Effect and many more.

Ehhhh... kinda sounds annoying to me - I think he was lacking some acting ability at the time.
(Hey NWN2 looks kinda alright graphics-wise... Not too late for me to play it for the first time?

Definitely not too late! I bet you can pick it up on steam for cheap too now!

His voice isn't particularly special and the acting doesn't appeal to me...but really, to each his own.

The only actor I would characterize as having a "delicious voice" is Gilbert Gottfried.

I heart Morgan Freeman's voice, though I don't consider it delicious! Lol More of a fatherly voice to me. Definitely not what I'd look for in an LI, but as a narrator, I'd totally love it.
Anyone have their own favourites?

He sounds like Wesker, which just makes me want D.C. Douglas.
My own favorites?

I am a fan of Sam Riegel (Barnaby in Dragon's Dogma).
I saw a thread called "delicious voices" on the main forum page, and I come in here to find that my work is already done. I thank you, happy. ![]()

Gah, Bishop! I'm surprised that's the only role his VA ever did. I'd love to see him in inquisition.

I'll do my best to keep track of the fan favourites there for easy reference for everyone!
*edit: Now if I could just figure out why Mr. David's video isn't embedding like all the others I'd be happy. Or i should say, if I could get the dern thing to embed, I'd be happy! /edit

I realise I'm probably way too late for suggesting any voice actors for Inquisition. But recent conversation made me want to put this out there, anyway. (Maybe for some dlc or an expansion... Or DA4...)

You should record yourself reading a story, and share it with us. I'd give it a listen, meow.
