In all the concept art, she's wearing a wild hat or is showing a bald head. But is that simply for design/structure reference, or is she literally bald? I'm not really opposed one way or the other, just curious.

I suspect the explanation for why she's bald would come from the ancient Egyptians. The pharoahs would wear elaborate head gear ala Viv and going bald made donning the daunting headdress easier.

I don't mind if Vivienne is bald or buzzed. I'm more concerned about whether my Inquisitor(s) can have longer hair than in past games.

People are more surprised by it. They just expecting something dazzling under the hat. Imagine seeing this amazing looking box but opening it up to see nothing inside. How would you feel?

The analogy doesnt fit because a buzz cut is something, its not just scalp like Solas. Plus it makes sense because if someone like herself is so preoccupied with fashion in terms of clothing and always wearing a hat, why waste time with hair when it'll never be seen in public? Just my opinion on it anyway
