Well, in this case, this is a very good job. To be honest, I don't think there will be another female companion, but I'd be glad if I was wrong.

I would say "People!! Calm your sh!t. Until the devs confirm anything, Greg's tweet could be a late April's fool joke for all we know." But then again, hard to fight the hype.

 

Personally, I would like to have more ladies and less warrior in our band though. Imo, 2 warriors, and 4 males are perfect for a group of companions, but we will see. Also I would love to have someone like Maevaris in our group. We already have males and females companions, transgenders now deserve their spot too. That would be something new and interesting. 

 

Anyhow, no matter how the ratio will be, dear Maker, please never ever ever give us whiny emo freaks for companions again. In DA2 we already have enough of those for several life times.

Both.  The German GameStar magazine confirmed him, misunderstanding his name as "Solace."  David came on the forums and corrected the name, saying it should have been Solas.  Otherwise, the rest of the information regarding Solas in that magazine has been confirmed.

Probably well before that. I know people on the forum leap on every bit of info and demand confirmation for every hint now now NOW...but, let's face it: we haven't even revealed all the followers yet, never mind a single romance. There are still many months to go before release, and the big marketing push has yet to really begin.
