So, who's as mad as I am? It has leaked both on PC and X360 and we, who actually bought it, must wait for another week to play it. There should be some freaking penalties for selling games early. I know that it happens basically with every major game but it just makes me feel like a loser, when I, a person who bought it legally is royaly screwed over.

There are penalties but I don't think publishers are going to waste money suing some K-mark in Iowa. It happens. People just need to not get worked up about it.

there are penalties. if ea track down the retailers that broke the date they will fine them and pull ea products from the store. punishing people who managed to get the game legally makes no sense

No point in getting pissy over it, but I've always been hopelessly optimistic about pretty much everything.



Look on the bright side; you'll be getting it exactly when you thought you'd be getting it.

You're still waiting until the same day befor you can play the game, so absolutely nothing has changed for you. Only perceived, nebulous geek/internet/forum cred has changed.
