Once again, it's a picture of Super Sonico, the mascot for Nitro Plus. She is wearing red glasses, which is something that she doesn't wear in the anime, nor in promotional work where she... mascots(?).

 

Apparently - according to Arian - she looks like a teacher.

 

For some reason, her trademark headphones have a strange shape at the metal bars at the top. Normally they're just round like the strap that rests on her head. Also, she has almost entirely black eyebrows, instead of her usual dark/hot pink eyebrows.
