sure. why not. but with a shield regen delay with TC evo. 

 

=> 50% decrease in shield regen for 20 sec.

In the end, the scrubs who can't aim would use it as a tool to stagger targets and land their shots.

PD is very good for cqc staggering when you shoot on the ground, a shotgun Infiltrator could make good use of it.

Or you use PD to annihilate shields from afar and finish enemies of with the Sniper Rifle.

I still want a drell infiltrator with clusters; it's what I'd been hoping for prior to his release but alas.  Huntress cloak, clusters and whatever (I imagined reave but that would be ridiculous).
