"One day the magic will come back. All of it. Everyone will be just like they were. The shadows will part, and the skies will open wide. When he rises everyone will see."

We know that Magic exists outside of Thedas, and that Blood Magic was discovered in Thedas. Where the Magus (ancient magisters) first encountered Fade Spirits such as the Forbidden Ones, and whispers of the Old Gods, of whom both are said to have taught humans blood magic.Could this mean the veil has only existed in the continent of Thedas, and outside there is no veil? Where spirits are commonly encountered and have experienced the world on their own, and have gained their own sense of selves. Or does the entire universe revolve around Thedas.

Remember the Lady of The Forest. She said she was not pulled out of the fade, but has always existed as/with the forest itself by herself. She has gained her own identity as the lady of the forest, and there are probably many spirits like her.

We know there was a time when there was no veil, so does this mean that the veil was something actually unnatural? Could the Fade, and Thedas actually merge, and exist within one another, without total destruction?

Also, when who rises, the Inquisitor? Isn't he preventing "the magic" from coming back?

Could the Inquisitor actualy be messing it all up, like our previous...hero.....Maddening!!!!

...I SEE ONE MORE PERSON MENTION THAT PROPHECY.... ONE MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just kidding, though, but... I honestly have no clue about the other continents.

Also, I don't know about the Lady of the Forest... My theory is that long before the events of Dragon Age, the veil was sundered in the Brecilian Forest through magic and death, since the Tevinter Imperium no doubt did something in that forest. It's possibly that the Lady of the Forest simply waded through a thin veil and merged with the forest... Or, perhaps, she was here all along. We have no real way of knowing, unless there are accounts or anything, really.

Also, I'm... Not entirely sure about whether or not the Veil is natural... If it wasn't, then how exactly could such a thing be made? It practically separates two different realms... I don't know if there's anyone, spirit or mortal, capable of creating the Veil. I would say it'd be unlikely, unless the Maker was real, in which case I'm going to gag myself in the Void after death.

I'm not even going to sneeze at the implications of the prophecy, so goodbye with that.

As for if the Inquisitor messing everything up? I'd say unlikely... But who knows? We don't know enough about what's really happening with the Inquisitor or the Veil to really make any solid theories on what is happening.
