It's the UPC bar code. As far as I know though the registration isn't working for a lot of people including myself.

If you're asking for the code to register the game itself it was on the back of my manual. It was 4 or 5 numerals in a white box on the back cover.

EDIT:  I didn't realize there were two separate registrations.  One for EA and one for Bioware.  The one I described above is the EA registration code.  The UPC code is the one for Bioware's registration.
