I have the "broken" return to ostagar on my HDD. Now what are we supposed to do with it? Should I delete it from the HDD or just avoid playing the DLC in game?

RtO isn't broken. The patch that came with it has one issue - relocking specializations.
If you play RtO you will have no issues, if you have characters past level 14 you will have no issues with the patch.

If the problem was with the title update, and it's already been taken down, why isn't the Ostagar DLC back up again? It was supposed to be released 16 days ago and a lot of people were awaiting it, I would think if there is no issue with it you guys could throw it back on Xbox Live so I can check it out?

Because if they released only the xbox version, pc and ps3 gamers would not be happy (to put it lightly). Bioware will only do a similtaneous release now, out of fear of their own lives.

Victor - was the version of RtO released on LIVE briefly the complete version? I noticed a distinct lack of a Duncan side quest that was previouly mentioned. What happened to that? Cheers.

I thought it might be because I wasn't getting the kill. So when he got low enough I unequipped everyone's weapons and sent them off. Insuring I got the kill. Still nothing. At least it isn't glitched like the others were though. Rather see it not pop than pop and it be messed up
I am probably wasting my time asking on this board but I'll give BW the benefit of the doubt and try. When it gets rereleased will the new version have any impact on our saves post RTO?

The only thing I resent as a PC user being exempted from playing the DLC..is that many folks think its fun to come post spoilers about that same dlc in the no spoilers section. Other than that I have been patiently waiting for the most part.
And could I ask a pertinent question? Why has all this information been directed mainly at the Xbox folks? The rest of us (Pc users and Ps3 users) are also affected and have not been as lucky as to gain a sneak preview.

Was the RTO addon removed from xbox live? I accidently deleted the game from my HD and now it isn't appearing as DLC when I start the game.

My guess would be that with the patch it screwed up alot of peoples games that both PS3 and PC players haven't had to experience. I would like to know why stuff like the patch hiccup is not posted here and any information we try to get from the thread is lost amongst the "where is my RTO" complaints.
And you do know there is like 6 different threads regarding the RTO delay in the non spoiler DA:O discussion board.

Hi Victor. The problem is that the achievement doesn't pop up if you play the DLC and you have cleaned the cache in order to fix the specialization bug.
Could you tell us if this problem would be automatically fix as soon as the DLC will be again on the store or if this will have to be fixed with a title update? (like the achievement problems with the others DLC)
If it will be automatically fix I have no problem to play it, but if not I'm not going to play because as you can see your title update are not very quickly and I don't want to wait forever to have my achievements completed just for 15 minutes of game.
I would appreciate if you could answer my doubt.

and when it is fixed will those of use that already purchased it get the fixed version FREE? I still have RTO and cleared the cache. All specs are back, but i have not played RTO for fear that something else is wrong.

I've had no problems with any of the achievements. Got the one for RTO after playing it. My only issue with the game for 360 is the specialization re-lock and a bunch of minor stuff that's been pointed out adnaseum.

did you clear the cache and get your specs back gemini? it worked for me...not right away but after I shut the xbox down and waited awhile, everything was back, I have even unlocked two more specs since then.

You have to go to your profile and check download history. You should be able to download it from there.
