Actully u can still download it from live if u bought it. I checked my download history and tried to add it to download queue and it workedSo it is still on the live servers, it´s just not showing to any1 but those who already bought it
You have to go to your profile and check download history. You should be able to download it from there.

It was up on Xbox Live for a brief time a few weeks back, but there was a problem with the patch that was released at the same time so both of them were pulled from Live. People lucky enough to download it before it was pulled still have it. From what I've read there's no problem with RtO, but the patch re-locks peoples specializations so it's bugged. Tomorrow makes 3 weeks from the day RtO was supposed to be released, so hopefully it will be back up soon. I'm already completely losing interest in the game because of stuff like this and the bugged achievements. Mass Effect 2 BETTER have more customer support than this game was given.

ok i bought RTO and also had the specialization relock issue. I did the "clear the cahce trick" ( i cleared it 2 or 3 times)and shut the xbox down (for awhile actually........like over 30 mins). When i reloaded the game all the specs were back. I have even unlocked a few more since and saved. They don't relock. I also just tried RTO today with a rogue character and it all worked fine. It's short but WELL worth the wait. Very moving if you are into the story. I am guessing it won't be put out again until it is ready for every platform. i didnt notice any achievement being unlocked for doing the quest....other than quest complete. If there is supposed to be one I will probably have to wait til they fix it and DL it again and do it all over.
