So, I am one of the unfortunate players that got the RtO download while it was up. At first I was upset but not too upset because I already knew how to unlock the specs again. However, when I unlock them on one playthrough they are not unlocking on new/existing characters. I thought the RtO only removed specs but still allowed you to re-unlock them but this doesn't seem to be the case?1?
