Just curious, when was everyone else getting the "codes" for the inferno armor from EA.com? I ordered the CE for Xbox and I haven't recieved any email confirmation. If anyone could let me know I'd really appreciate it.

When I pre-ordered Dragon Age from them, I got the special item code on the day the game was shipped to me(which was the Friday before the game went live). It was emailed.

i am trying to find the same information, is it supposed to populate on my invoice from the store.ea.com after the game unlocks?

For the PC digital download version there seems to be a few different cases going on at the moment, some users got all their bonus codes in order confirm mail (the one you get when the game is ready for downloading), some in separate mails and some users (such as me) only got the game key and no cerberus, inferno or even the collector's bonus items we paid for.

ok, so it is not just me, it does say in the fine print on the ea.com site that they will be emailed to you when the game is delivered. and apparently delivered means unlocked. so i guess ill see once i am able to play the game. It is downloaded but will not unlock due to the release date check.

I didn't receive my Inferno armor codes with the CE pc version too from EA Store. So I went on this site "http://support.ea.com/chat", waited awhile and the EA support guy send my codes over chat system. I hope this help
PS: EA customer support asked you 2 questions before sending you the codes tho, full name and order number, that what I did

thanks for the answer but i'm screwed till tomorrow because ea's customer service is not open till 9 am tomorrow
