Does a squadmate who is a vanguard get charge? Does a squadmate who is a infiltrator get tactical cloke? Does a squadmate who is a soldier get adrenaline rush? These seem like they would be hard to manage in game since you can't directly control them.
Do squadmates get class specific powers?

From the footage I've seen no, they have special loyalty skills (some of which are exclusive to them) and they all have a character specific boost like in the first ME.

such as turian agent similar to an infiltrator
or asari scientist similar to a sent

Well from what I've heard they each have something different completely unique to them. Example: Grunt's bull rush and SuZe's rumored "Biotic Bullets"

I dunno...subject zero seems like straight up adept, but I'm sure the majority will have custom classes. Only Kaiden and Ashely had actual classes Shepard could be, the rest were custom classes similar to Shepard classes, but slightly different.

In the Xfire video today Miranda had Slam, she was a Cerberus operative and Jacob had Barrier, he was a Cerberus agent (I think). Hope that gave you an idea.
