There's like at least 12 interviews where they say this.

FOUND IT; sorry for double post

Choices confirmed to have influence in Mass Effect 2 are:
The decision to save either Kaidan or Ashley.
Whether or not the player kills Wrex on Virmire.
Whether or not the player decides to save the Citadel Council at the end of Mass Effect.
The player's choice of love interest.
Whether the player spares or destroys the Rachni Queen at Peak 15.
The player's treatment of Conrad Verner.

Ok that is all well and good but it isnt what I want to know at this point in time. As I said in an earlier post I dont want to hear about the consequences of my actions as it defeats the purpose of making the tough decisions in ME1. I will find out the consquences of my actions when I play ME2.

For instance if I knew that in letting the Rachni queen go that she wouldnt pose a threat to the galaxy I probably would have let her go, however because I could not tell what her intentions were and because I knew the past history of the rachni I felt that it would be safer if I killed her then and there.

What I want to know is whether things like being lvl 60, Achievements you unlocked and how you chose to spend your skill points have an effect.

I suppose asking a question like that is pointless at this point in time as nobody on these forums (apart from the devs who are being stubbornly tight lipped) seem to know, I ask these questions in the hope that somebody out there knows more than I do on the matter and has seen somthing I havent on the matter.

I was really hoping to know this before the 28th (28th is the release for us Aussies) so I could prepare my Shepard before the release and be able to play on the day the game is released.
