Hi Devs, I posted this over in the pinned Cerberus network thread, but I imagine it's gotten lost in all the fighting there. While a helpful poster did chip in with some answers regarding how Dragon Age works, you are of course the only ones who can answer these as regards ME2 until it comes out.

So, can you clarify how the DLC is protected? Specifically, I'm wondering:

-When will ME2 check in to validate the DLCs? That is, in order to have the
DLC working in-game, will I have to be on-line and in contact with the
proper server when I first launch the game with it? Whenever I launch the game after installing it? Or even every X time period
while playing the game? Or none of the above? I assume it goes without saying
it will need to do some sort of on-line check-in/verification when installed.

-I understand DLC will be linked to one EA account, but are there
limits placed on activating the game/Cerberus Network/specific DLCs on
multiple machines under the same account? If so, what are the details on that? (I must say I
hated the lifetime activation limit with ME1, so I'm hoping the
answer is further toward "no" on the spectrum.)
