Long story short:
Preordered CE for Xbox 360 sometime last year, recently bought Darksiders from same website.
Website does not accept my card as valid, cancels order.
In an attempt to make sure this doesn't happen again I update my account with a credit card.
The website cancels my CE order and they are obviously now out of CEs.
I am annoyed.

You can still buy the DA:O Digital Deluxe version on steam, so I doubt they "run out"

Did you pre-order from EA? People who pre-ordered Dante's Inferno from EA have had all their order's cancelled.

Gameplay, GAME, Gamestation. I'd say Gameplay is your best bet, followed by Gamestation. GAME may do if lucky, but you might have to ring up a few of your local GAME/Gamestation stores.
