I thought I would play Mass Effect before the part two came out. Went to direct 2 download site, spent two and half hours downloading it..then it would extract the files. So I re downloaded it, and said a little error popped up everytime I tried to load it.
Make matters worse clogged my harddrive with the memory without actually playing the game. To those of you who buy the digital download, to be a day early. Trust me, the cd rom is much faster and worth it in the end

nah. steam is the way to go, keeps track of all your games, cd keys, so youll never lose one of them. And then you can talk with your friends at the same time, and browse the web all at the same time as play.
It's a combo that just cant be beat.

I tried downloading their download manager and comando thingy. It didn't work and their customer service is horrible. They have no direct phone number and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Honestly the length of time it took to download 2 and half hours?
Then another half hour to extract. I placed the cd reg key in and it worked but wouldn't actually allow me to play the gaame and I am over the system requirments
