Anyone who somehow hasn't beaten ME1 at least once by now please don't read the contents of this thread or you will ruin a great plot twist.

OK so The Reapers were the real masterminds behind Saren's work in ME1. Sovereign was their scout. This we all know. What I'm curious about is everyone else's first impressions of the Reapers.

When Liara finally interpreted the Reapers in my visions I pictured a robotic species invading all of known space with hundreds of dropships. When the invasion began I pictured hundreds of Terminator-like machines  destroying the populace, the only difference between Terminators I imagined was that the Reapers had like 3 buzzsaws for a mouth *shivers* I still get creeped out by that image. Then when I finally saw what one looked like... It was just a *little* bit different than I pictured. Anyone else have a false impression before you actually saw a reaper?

I would also like to add that I hope I get to waste some more Reapers in ME2, only time will tell of course.

Have you seen the Praetorian Husks? I think that fits well enough.
