I have a question: In Mass Effect 1, does the side missions such as Tali's side mission of the Geths information affects ME2? or is it based only on the main decisions? Like the Novaria, Feros, and etc.

most of the side quests carries over, you gotta give bioware credit for creating so many permutations. Their heads are gonna hurt when they do the carry over part for ME3.

Dang it, I haft to replay ME1 now. Are you sure? You know the whole going to 4 planets and killing Geth outposts? Those side missions affect ME2?

I don't think anyone knows the total list of specific quests that carry over, but a lot of them definitely do. I can see the Armstrong Cluster quests carrying over, since it's geth and you're removing a threat from humanity, but you won't know for sure until release day
