Game installed fine & was able to run config utility.

Upon hitting play from the launch menu, screen goes black for 2 seconds then back to desktop with

Dragon Age has encounted a problem and must close--Windows message

All drivers freshy updated and exceed recommended Specs

Can't get the game to install, always crashes at some point during installation with a "data error" message. This is my second copy of the disc, I pre-ordered from Gamestop and thought it must be the disc, but it's the same with the exchanged copy. I've shut down all the background app's that I know of, no other windows are open, dunno what else to do.

im having the same problem, ive talked to ea support, i did everything he told me to, updated drivers and shutdown antivirus and allow it in my fire wall, i did everything and it never fixed the problem with it crashing to the desktop and saying it has encountered an error, game stop wont let me refund my download and im very pissed off that i lost $50
